Our staff is licensed mental health professionals with many years experience working with clients with substance abuse problems. Paul C. Berman, Ph.D. Director, is a licensed psychologist with more than 20 years experience treating children, adolescents and adults with a variety of problems including substance abuse. Dr. Berman regularly consults with attorneys, the courts, other mental health professionals and has developed inpatient and intensive outpatient programs for adolescents and their families. He lectures extensively to professional groups and the general public on a wide variety of topics. Roberta Brown, CCDC, CAC-AD Roberta Brown is a certified chemical dependency counselor who has worked in the field of alcohol and drug abuse for almost twenty years. Her clinical experience includes counselor, clinical supervisor, and clinical director in outpatient programs and methadone maintenance facilities. Ms. Brown is committed to working with individuals and their families throughout the recovery process. Fran Bjork, CSC-AD Fran Bjork is a certified chemical dependency counselor who has provided intenseive outpaitent treatment to the dually diagnosed population for the past eight years. She is expereinced in coordinating mental health and substnace abuse treatment as well as facilitating Suboxone maintenance and detoxification. Fran is an advocate for her clients, well-versed in identifying their needs, and facilitates any referrals necessary to coordinate care. Ed Jaffe, B.S., CAC-AD Ed Jaffe is a certified associate chemical dependency counselor with more than fifteen years experience. He has counseled substance abuse clients in inpatient, outpatient and half-way house long-term programs. He has been a Director, Executive Director, Clinical Supervisor and case manager. Currently, he is actively engaged with clients who have co-occuring disorders. Monica Bradley, Office Manager Monica Bradley is the office manager for Towson Addictions Center as well as Berman & Killeen, P.A.
